Macomb County real estate transfers recorded  Feb. 23-27, 2026

The Macomb County Register of Deeds has released the official list of real estate transfers recorded between February 23 and February 27, 2026. The five-day period shows steady activity across the county, with a mix of residential sales, commercial property deals, and land transactions in several communities.

Warren led the way in total number of recorded transfers, with most sales falling in the $150,000 to $280,000 range for single-family homes. A notable sale on the city's northeast side closed at $312,000, one of the higher figures for the week. Sterling Heights also saw strong movement, particularly in the older neighborhoods near Mound Road, where several ranch-style homes changed hands.

Clinton Township recorded multiple transactions, including a commercial parcel on Gratiot Avenue that sold for $1.2 million. That deal stands out as the largest single transfer in the weekly report. In Chesterfield Township, a waterfront property on Anchor Bay Drive fetched $475,000, reflecting continued demand for lake access.

Further north, New Baltimore and Richmond both reported a handful of sales, mostly in the $200,000 to $350,000 bracket. Macomb Township had a steady stream of new construction closings, with several homes in the 22 Mile Road corridor selling above $400,000.

The county also logged a few vacant land sales, including a 5-acre parcel in Washington Township that went for $89,000. Foreclosure-related deeds were minimal this week, a sign that the local market remains stable. The full list of transfers, including grantor and grantee names, is available for public review at the Register of Deeds office in Mount Clemens.
