Artiva Biotherapeutics has outlined key upcoming milestones for its lead candidate, AlloNK®, alongside reporting its year-end financial results. The company anticipates initial clinical response data from its ongoing study of AlloNK in patients with refractory rheumatoid arthritis in the first half of 2026.
In a parallel regulatory step, Artiva plans to engage with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration during the same period to discuss the design of a potential pivotal trial for the therapy. This marks a significant progression toward late-stage clinical development for their novel natural killer (NK) cell-based therapeutic approach.
The company also highlighted recent enhancements to its leadership, having strengthened its board and executive team with seasoned professionals possessing expertise in immunology, commercialization, and finance. This strategic bolstering of leadership is intended to guide the company through its next phases of growth and clinical execution.
Financially, Artiva reported a strong balance sheet, with cash, cash equivalents, and investments totaling $108.0 million as of December 31, 2025. Management believes this capital reserve is sufficient to fund the company's planned operational expenses and advancement of its pipeline into the second quarter of 2027.
