Palm Beach County's Mind Your Business Youth Entrepreneurship Forum is coming back on July 7, bringing a full day of practical learning and creative thinking to young people across the area. Now in its seventh year, the event aims to spark ambition in the next wave of inventors, problem-solvers, and up-and-coming business owners.
The forum is open to youth ages 10 to 18, as well as local summer camps looking for an engaging field trip. Organizers have designed the day to move beyond lectures, focusing instead on hands-on workshops where participants can build real skills. Topics include turning an idea into a product, basic money management, and how to pitch a concept to others.
Past attendees have walked away with not just knowledge but also confidence, according to county officials. The event also connects young people with local entrepreneurs and mentors who share their own stories and advice.
Registration is now open for individuals and camp groups. Space is limited, so early sign-up is encouraged. The forum will be held at a county facility, with details available through the official registration page. For young people wondering if they have what it takes to start something of their own, this forum offers a chance to find out.
