Matt Reddin named EVP, Chief Development Officer of Partners Bank

Partners Bank has announced the appointment of Matt Reddin as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. Reddin steps into the role with a mandate to shape the bank's long-term growth strategy, working directly alongside the CEO and the board of directors.

In his new position, Reddin will oversee the bank's expansion efforts, including branch network planning, market entry, and strategic partnerships. His focus will be on identifying new opportunities that align with the bank's community-first approach, while also strengthening existing relationships with clients and local businesses. The bank said Reddin's experience in financial services and business development will be key as it looks to deepen its presence across the region.

Reddin comes to Partners Bank with a track record of leading complex initiatives and driving revenue growth. Colleagues describe him as a hands-on leader who prioritizes collaboration and long-term value over short-term gains. In a statement, the bank's CEO expressed confidence that Reddin's leadership will help the institution navigate a competitive landscape while staying true to its core values.

Reddin said he is excited to join the team and build on the bank's momentum. He noted that the financial industry is changing quickly, and he sees plenty of room for a bank that listens to its customers and moves with purpose. His first priorities will include reviewing the current branch footprint and meeting with staff across all locations to understand what is working and where improvements can be made.

The appointment is effective immediately. No other changes to the executive team were announced.
