My 7-year-old son and I recently had the opportunity to interview Peter Brown, the talented author of "The Wild Robot." As devoted fans of the book, we approached the interview with excitement and curiosity. My son, brimming with enthusiasm, posed a variety of questions that ranged from the profound to the playful.
He asked Peter about the inspiration behind the book’s unique characters and the themes of friendship and survival. His confidence shone through as he engaged with Peter, prompting discussions about the creative process and what it means to be a writer. I was amazed at how naturally my son navigated the conversation, often asking questions I hadn't even considered.
Peter Brown responded with warmth and insight, sharing anecdotes from his writing journey. This experience not only deepened our appreciation for "The Wild Robot" but also highlighted the joy of connecting with authors who inspire young readers. It was a delightful day filled with learning and laughter, one that we will cherish for years to come.
